Turbonetics Acquired by Edgewater Capital Partners
Edgewater Capital Partners acquires Turbonetics Inc. from Kelly Aerospace Inc., to be the cornerstone automotive aftermarket company in group's portfolio.
Turbonetics Inc. announced today that it has been acquired by Edgewater Capital Partners to become the group's cornerstone company in the automotive aftermarket. The purchase agreement was formalized and signed on December 13th, 2006, with the final transaction taking place the morning of Monday January 8th.
